Committed to transforming communities

At ICODE, we empower our network of NGOs through capacity-building programs that help them build a better future for local communities.

About ICODE

Organized in 1992, the Iloilo Caucus of Development Non-Government Organizations (ICODE) was established to respond to the passage of the Local Government Code of 1991. This ignited the collective aspiration of NGOs to build a community that can amplify the impact of development initiatives in Iloilo.

Fostering a collaborative network, ICODE unites NGOs to address regional matters and carry out nation-building efforts as a response. Through ICODE, NGOs can now actively participate in their communities’ state affairs.

Today, ICODE sparks opportunities of hope and progress for community development. By leading the synergy of NGOs and government agencies, they continue to advocate for the best interests of the local communities they serve.
