As ICODE was established to convene different development organizations to address pertinent development issues collectively, ICODE gives the most importance to the localization of development efforts of the province. Hence, membership is limited only to NGOs and CSOs in Iloilo.
Membership applications should be considered from ICODE’s mission to expand the reach and increase the effectiveness of non-government organization (NGO) development work in Iloilo.
As a network of NGOs and CSOs, ICODE membership is open
to the following that meet the following criteria:
Share the objectives and values of ICODE as espoused in the core values
Has a proven track record of or has been operational for at least two (2) years
Duly registered for at least (two) 2 years with the Securities and Exchange Commission or other government agencies providing primary registration
Has a strong representative base among target groups or geographic areas prioritized by ICODE
Willing to abide by the Constitution and By-Laws of the network
Willing to abide by the Code of Conduct of the network
Willing and committed to participate actively in all of the ICODE activities and undertake the responsibilities
Has the endorsement of one (1) of ICODE’s network members.
